I had an amazing time at this hotel located right next to the skiing slopes. the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially with my vegetarian diet. the rooms were spotless and had a stunning view of the lake and mountains. the facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were clean and relaxing. the food was incredible and varied, and the service was fantastic.
The initial mix up with the reservation, which resulted in us having to find another room in a different property.

Spent my Christmas in a hotel in the mountains. the view of the snow-capped peaks was breathtaking, and there was a cozy fireplace in the lobby. the staff was friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located near a ski resort. the food was delicious, and there was enough variety to satisfy everyone's taste buds.
The rooms were not up to par. the linens seemed worn-out, and the heating system was not working properly.

The food was amazing, especially for vegetarians like me! The staff went out of their way to cater to my dietary needs, which was greatly appreciated. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, making me feel like a valued guest. The facilities were excellent, especially the proximity to the skiing slopes. It was so convenient to be able to walk just a few minutes and hit the piste. I had a fantastic week thanks to the great food, service, and location.
There were no real negative aspects to my stay at the hotel. If I had to nitpick, perhaps some language barriers since my Italian is limited, but the staff were still very accommodating and helpful.
